Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer a turnkey delivery service. We deliver, setup, and then remove the karaoke machine the day following from your event.
The final cost is calculated on the booking checkout page.
Can I track my Karaoke Delivery Driver?
Yes, you can!
We’ll call you exactly 1 hour before your karaoke delivery appointment. Once your driver is heading to your location, you’ll receive an email, and text message with a tracking link, to track your delivery in real-time.
How many songs are included?
There are over 15,000 karaoke songs covering music from oldies to current top 40. If we are missing something, please make a song request, and let your karaoke concierge know.
Can I make a musical request?
You bet you can!
Just reply to any of the booking emails you’ve received with your musical requests and remember to put on a great show!
Do you offer refunds on cancellations?
We will try to accommodate you with a flexible date change or offer extra complimentary services to accommodate the conditions.
We have a fair policy.
If you decide to cancel your karaoke booking, you’ll receive a refund minus the booking and payment processing fees.
